The partnership between the Armed Forces of the Philippines Educational Benefit System and Philippine College of Criminology was strengthened through the Ceremonial Memorandum Signing last September 8, 2023 at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. This event aims to boost morale and support the dreams of our soldiers’ dependents through education.

The signing was spearheaded by President Ma. Angelica Lei Bautista representing PCCR and Lt.Gen Charlton Sean M. Gaerlan PN(M) for AFP EBS. Other prominent college officials such as :Executive Vice President, Mr. Karim Bangcola; Assistant Vice President for Student Experience, Mr. Eduard Solomon; Graduate School Dean, Dr. Jezreel Vicente; College of Criminal Justice Dean, Dr. Gaypelyn Casiw; Alumni Affairs  Head, Dr. Kerwin Bartolome; PCCR Review Center Coordinator, Mr. Charles Garcia and; Linkages and Partnership Coordinator, Mr. Christian Patron were also present to show their support.

Through this MOA, PCCR and AFP EBS empowers the children of our brave servicemen and women by granting them access to quality education and paving the way for a brighter future. In addition, the ceremony symbolizes the strengthening ties between the college and AFP as homes and top producers of Criminal Justice service providers. 

This ceremonial signing symbolizes our commitment to honoring the sacrifices of our soldiers and creating a lasting impact on the lives of their dependents, ensuring a stronger and more prosperous society through education.
